As a neurodivergent clinician with lived experiences, my approach will always be human first. In this life, we are expected to rehearse and perform roles that may be misaligned with our values. We are expected to take massive strides through life without having autonomy of where we would like to go.
And when we finally burn out and need support, we're made to feel as if our challenges are caused by our own lack of capacity and competency - which is the opposite of the life that we have built in order to survive.
A body thrives off a sense of belonging and connection, whether it be from others or yourself. We live in a society that divides and conquers.
I view life as existentially as one can. There's a lot of joy that can be taken out of life when one finally sees the costumes that they and others are forced to put on at the beginning of each day. There can also be a lot of relief in rediscovering existentialism as a multipurpose tool that can allow you to discover deep intentionality.
Stay curious on the spectrum
Our existence and truth is our key to happiness and connection. We may not feel comfortable with stepping outside without a mask on. We may not know what roles we play without them. And we're here to discover that.
We can't control what the world has in store for us, but we can control the meaning we derive from it. We can control the intention we put out there. We can build up a sense of self that surrounds your true values.
Lets do it all while having a laugh.
Let's explore a world where pain, meaning, and anticipation do not determine who you have to be.
I graduated from Chapman University with an undergrad degree in Sociology, which plays a major role in my work. There will never be 'Cultural Competency," thus shifting my approach to sessions that are driven by curiosity and exploration.
My graduate degree is from Pepperdine University, where I combined both ideas of culture and psychology to develop deeper meaning behind choices we make and the way we respond to the world.

I'm a neurodivergent therapist specializing in Psychodynamic therapy through a neuroaffirmative attachment lens. I am trauma informed and utilize EMDR therapy as part of my approach, practicing with an anti-carceral lens. This allows us to co-create in a space that does not punish you for who you are, but rather gives you an opportunity to understand your roots without shame.
I provide EMDR Therapy, specializing in Neuroaffirmative Psychotherapy for individuals experiencing Neurodivergence and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). As a Neurodivergent Therapist, I focus on tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of my clients.
I provide Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) alongside EMDR Therapy to support clients. My specializations include working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and those with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). As a neurodivergent therapist, I also address co-occurring disorders through neuroaffirmative psychotherapy.
