Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy is dynamic. It depends on what you're looking for - and even then, you might come out with a completely different idea of what healing looks like. What you can expect though is a contained space where you can and are encouraged to unmask, be angry, be sad, be excited and last but not least .. be yourself. Expect to co-create, laugh, be brutally honest, and ruffle some feathers. Expect to belong. 

I work with Individuals, Couples and Families. My rates are stated in my rates page. I provide Psychotherapy, EMDR, ERP.

Currently, I am licensed and practicing in CA. This means that my clients will have to be in California during the time of our sessions. 

I currently do not accept insurance for a couple of reasons. I value privacy and deny the medical model of pathologizing my clients. When working with a private practice, your information is stored privately and will not be shared with any parties that you do not consent to. With this model, I am able to support my clients in diving deeply without the expectations of what healing may look like to insurance companies. 

Yes! If you'd like to take it up with your insurance for reimbursement, I am more than happy to provide you with a superbill.
